Your deposit is acceptance of the contract. Deposit is 100% refundable up to 21 days before the Date of Service (DOS) 50% up to 7 days before DOS and Non-refundable 1-6 days before DOS. Holiday deposits are non-refundable. The final H/C must be determined 48 hours before the DOS. The per-person price may go up if the H/C goes down. Add'l charges may apply if client requires extra labor/svc.
Our preferred methods of payment are:
VENMO @chef-ron-nugent, the profile picture is our company logo and the last four digits of the phone number associated with this account is 1100, or ZELLE using our number 858-342-1100. or ACH bank-to-bank transfer available with our Quickbooks Invoice. If you prefer to pay with a Check or Cash contact us for arrangements.
"Private" chef, fully customized diet specific menus cooked in-home and on-going,
"Personal" chef service catering for smaller events that may be one or more meals for a group at an Airbnb or owned home.
"Elevated" catering with chefs, servers and bar staff for any size or type of event at any venue. (Yacht Clubs, Homes, Airbnb, Club Houses, or outdoor parties)
"Seasonal" or weekly catering for vacations or traveling families.
Basic working kitchen equipment such as an oven, stove top range, refrigeration, BBQ grill if the menu requires, and dish machine. You need to provide everything needed to serve the food i.e. enough platters, plates, silverware, drinking glassware, cups, and napkins for each person.
For a rental property, it's good to check with the owner first to make sure there are enough settings.
If you're not sure or you do not have enough with everyone, please get in touch with us to make the necessary arrangements.
High end disposables are available for events that are larger and plate ware rentals are not requested.

A clean sink, empty dishwasher, open counter space, a bit of refrigeration space, and a functioning kitchen. (a working clean BBQ grill if needed with your menu choice)
No, we are not a meal prep service company.
Although, we do high end, super specific meals that can be prepared in our chefs prep kitchen and delivered one or two times a week, or several meals cooked in your home for service and or "Putaways" (non frozen meals for reheating or ready to eat)
We do NOT recommend or promote freezing.
First fill out our simple Getting Started form. From that point, owner Ron Nugent will give you a call or text to go over all the details of your event.
Once we determine your specifications, FCC admin Pamela will email you a proposal for your approval. On agreement by both parties we request a small deposit to secure your date(s)
We will pair you with your chef and finalize the date, times, menu and service style of your event.
We reach out a couple of times before your event to reiterate the details.
It is necessary that dogs of any size be kept out of the kitchen for their safety as well as the staff after we heat up the kitchen. As dog owners and lovers we will greet and befriend those that are friendly and then appreciate not having the trip hazards.
As far as the littler children, we love them even more and want safety for those precious blessings.
Please keep a close eye on the toddlers to keep them and the chefs safe.
