Ron Nugent

Ron has been professionally trained at the La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France and Johnson and Wales University, Culinary Arts, Providence R. I.  
 

With over 35 years of experience as a chef, caterer, restaurateur, and health food consultant, Ron's exceptional knowledge of the industry enables him to provide a quality of food and service that is unequaled. The well trained team Ron assembled brings peace of mind to all FCC clients. 
 

He and his personally selected team have catered to numerous discerning clients like yourself, celebrities and professional athletes that have nothing but praises for the care and attention when creating the menus, nutritional advice, and service for every meal or event. He and his wife Pamela travel to the areas you see that are serviced to work with their team members seasonally.


 

Chef Nettie (East Coast)

Italian trained in Coast to coast cuisines,  Nettie has a great repertoire for any type of intimate party or event. Italian Seafood is her specialty, but she can make steaks and vegetables taste absolutely outstanding". 

Chef Tyson (West lead chef)

With over 25 years of experience in the culinary field, Tyson began his love of food as a back of the kitchen prep cook and pot washer. While working through the restaurant ranks, he attended the prestigious “Le Cordon Bleu”. After graduating, he studied Italian cuisine in Modica, Sicily. He also completed a “Court of Masters Sommelier” course in the U.S. With his leadership qualities as head chef of a few first-class restaurants, coupled with his extensive in-home private chef experience, he is a gem that will sparkle in your kitchen.

Chef Sarah (West)

Chef Sarah is a testament to the modern plant based age of cooking. A graduate of San Francisco's famed CIA. She'll take your ideas and create a fantastic vegan menu for you and your guests. She also offers a very unique design to your table and décor.  Fun and creative, Sarah is a joy to work with.  

Chef Derrick (West)

Derricks resume is a long one, but to sum it up he has lots of formal culinary and management training and with his personality you have a combination of talent and fun with a dash of art in there. You'll love this guy!

Chef Thomas Drake (East)

High skills with presentation and recipes in the culinary field. Delightful food and design. 

Tom has prepared cuisine for celerity dinners in NYC for 15 years and will make your night memorable. Culinary School in Philadelphia, James Beard House, and many other accomplishments should be noted.

Chef Christopher Yates (East lead chef)

The famous Restaurant School in Philadelphia and his Chef experience with fine seafood had given Chris his passion for great flavors of the Atlantic coast. Simple yet elegant, flavorful cuisine is consistently produced by Chef Chris.
