It was a smashingly good summer for intimate parties, catering, waves, and boat rides.
It went by like a roller coaster ride. Exciting to begin with, scary at times when you're flying at warp speed, then it's over before you know it.
Overall a great season for FCC catering. We had few larger groups, and many private smaller family and friends parties. We added a new team member. Chef Anna, an excellent Baker and Personal Chef has taken a few jobs with us in the San Diego region, and has dazzled some of our clients with her talents. We are super happy to have her as part of our growing team at Finest City Chefs.
We are looking at the Nashville Tennessee area for FCC's next location for Private and Personal chefs. We've been there a few times visiting friends and scoping out the counties that seem so perfect for our business model. We're stopping by on our drive to SOCAL and, we'll stay for a few days to meet with potential chefs and do some marketing this winter to see if things work out.
